A loan of $1,125 helped to invest in his tomato plantation.

Jarvin Ramon's story

Jarvin Ramon U. lives in Comarca Jamali in Palacaguina. He is 36 years old, married, and the father of 3 children. For the lack of resources he only went to school until second grade. Since he was 16 years old he helped his parents work in the plantations but he also has some experience in cultivating basic grains and some livestock farming. He has a brother who lives in the USA and he sends money for the family to contribute. He requests this loan to purchase materials he needs to cultivate tomatoes. He hopes to have a very productive harvest and to obtain a good profit. He believes that without this loan he would not be able to keep up his business. His next goal is to improve his home and to distribute his products to other markets.
