A loan of $725 helped to buy thread and yarn.

Delia's story

Delia is 40 years old and lives in her mother's home with her five children. She is a business woman and has many jobs that include embroidery, shoe sales and food sales. Her daughters help her with the embroidery work which she enjoys because it allows her to be independent and able to distribute her time. Her earnings are used to support her family.

She is very satisfied with how profitable her business is, especially because of her embroidery products. She therefore wants to increase her working capital. This is the fourth loan she has received from MFP. She is grateful for the financial support and has always made her payments on time.

She is happy to be a part of the communal bank because all the members are committed and supportive. She thanks all the lenders who are helping her business grow. She plans to use the loan to buy more thread and yarn for her embroidery.
