Elianne's story

Elianne was born in 1956. She has six children and the eldest is 33 years old while the youngest is 15 years old. Elianne sells charcoal on a wholesale basis. She has done this business since 1978.

Elianne finds her business very helpful because it has enabled her to meet her children’s needs for clothes and school fees. She is requesting for a loan in order to buy more sacks of charcoal. With the profits, she plans to purchase more charcoal to make her business grow.
