Pancasan Group is made up of four hard-working women.

The group coordinator is Señora Blanca Nieve S., aged 49, who has been selling staple food and tortillas for 10 years. She has been working ever since she was young to provide her six children with education, food and clothing. Only her youngest daughter, aged 18, lives with her and helps her in her business.

The other group members are Juana María García, aged 42, who sells clothes, Brenda Patricia Argeñal Vega who has run a general store for 11 years, and Bertha del Socorro E. who has sold fried snacks for 20 years.

El grupo Pancasan está conformado por cuatro mujeres esforzadas. La coordinadora del grupo es la señora Blanca Nieve S. de 49 años desde hace 10 años tiene su pequeña venta de granos básico y tortillería. Ella desde muy joven trabajo arduo para proporcionarle a sus seis hijos estudio, comida y ropa de estos solo tiene con ella a su hija menor de 18 años quien le ayuda en el negocio.

Las otras integrantes del grupo son Juana María García de 42 años quien vende ropa y zetagas, Brenda Patricia Argeñal Vega tiene una pulpería desde hace 11 años y Bertha del Socorro E. desde hace 20 años tiene una fritanga.

The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee.
