Ella se levanta temprano ya que todos los días tiene que buscar los alimentos necesarios para la elaboración de sus riquísimos platillos como gallo pinto, queso frito, tajadas, empanadas de maduro y pollo frito. Actualmente todos los días saca una mesa en la que ofrece cada uno de sus platillos, por lo que sus clientes disfrutan mucho de su comida, ya que poco a poco fue estableciendo su propia fama. El financiamiento es para capital de trabajo para la compra de granos básicos, aceite, pollos, azúcar y ciertos utensilios de cocina. Su deseo es establecer un restaurante.
