To achieve this goal, Mrs. Phai P. is asking for a loan to buy more silk. Her husband, Mr. Kea Chan, is a construction worker and a farmer. He owns a plot of land where he grows rice to sell to support his family. Through these activities, they support three children, one of whom is enrolled in local public school, while the others are still too young to work or study.
