El señor Carlos nacido en Chuquisaca casado y tiene 3 hijos hace 20 años que el vive y trabaja en Sombrerito a 8 km de la guardia el trabaja agricultura también se dedica a la venta de achachairu, mandarina y naranja después comercializan sus productos en el mercado de el Torno y la Guardia, su esposa le ayuda en la comercialización de sus productos, el dinero del crédito lo utilizara para la compra de semillas, plantas de cítricos y también para el pago a los peones por el trabajo de preparado de la tierras, es una persona muy trabajadora y esta agradecido con la institución por el apoyo brindado.
