A loan of $375 helped to acquire cosmetics with her own money so that she can have a fixed stock.

Mayra Natali's story

Mayra is a 25 year-old mother who lives with her husband and young son in the agricultural district of Oyotún, a place of fertile lands which is located quite near our country's northern mountain range, approximately two hours from the city of Chiclayo. For five years, Mayra has been selling cosmetics through a catalog. She takes orders, offering her products to her customers (mainly neighbors and acquaintances). Her goods arrive at the end of the month and she earns money according to how many orders she has taken. She uses the income that she makes from this business activity to help her husband support their family financially. Mayra would like to acquire products with her own money so that she can have a fixed stock that will allow her to quickly satisfy the demand that she has, without having to wait until the end of the month. For this reason, she is requesting a loan for 1,000 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa which will help her to achieve her goal.
