A loan of $1,000 helped purchase livestock and repairing land.

Marvin Esperanza's story

Marvin is 32 years old and lives in Concepcion Batres in the department of Usulutan. She has her own home and lives with her three children ages 9, 13 and 15. She dedicates herself to livestock and farming. She has 20 heads of cattle and cultivates 7000 square meters of corn and 7000 square meters of sorghum. She is at the forefront of this work which she does with the help of porters.

Currently, she is requesting a loan to purchase cattle and to fix her land. With this help she will increase the number of livestock and she will improve the condition of her land for her crops and to support the livestock.

Her goals are to ensure that her work goes well, that her land is in the best condition and to increase the number of livestock and feed it so that she can sell it at a good price. This way she will be improving the family's income and she will be able to provide them a different quality of life.
