A loan of $900 helped to buy a video camera to improve her business.

Gloria's story

Gloria is 49 years old. She lives in her own home with her husband and three children. Together they work to get ahead in life and make progress.

For 10 years, this hard-working mother has been working alongside her husband, supporting him in his filming and photography work. She started helping him because he sometimes had opportunities for work but was unable to provide his services. With Gloria's help, he can now manage. Gloria had to learn to use photography equipment and video cameras. Her current work is taking photos at events where they are contacted to provide their services. At other times she serves in their business which is located in their home.

Over the years, Gloria has managed to attract a decent number of customers and her work is quite profitable. She is very happy with the success of the business. Her eldest son supports them by doing some video editing work. Gloria is thinking of acquiring more tools for her business and in the future she would like to acquire her own photo developer.

This is Gloria's 14th loan with MFP and she pledges to make her repayments on time so that she can continue relying on loans in the future and thereby continue making progress in her business. Gloria plans to invest her loan money in acquiring a digital video camera so that she can continue doing her work without problems.
