A loan of $1,075 helped to buy animals for her business.

Reyna's story

Reyna is 44 years old. She lives in her own home with her husband and two children. Together they work hard every day to get ahead.

For 10 years, Reyna has been working on her farm where she raises good breeds of guinea pigs and chickens. She sells her animals in accordance with her customers' requests. She generally sells them in markets and also to people who are hosting celebrations in her neighborhood. Her children support her in transporting the animals when they are available.

The development of Reyna's business has allowed her to improve her household finances and she has come to realize that her business is both peaceful and profitable. She is planning to increase the quantity of animals that she sells in order to improve her income.

This is Reyna's 13th loan with MFP and she is very happy to have this financial support which allows her to continue working. She enjoys being a member of her community bank because all the members are responsible people who are very supportive of each other. She is very grateful to the people who will make this loan possible since it will give her the capital she needs to get ahead. Reyna plans to invest her money in buying the good breeds of animals she needs to improve her production. She will also buy some building supplies that she needs to improve her farm.
