A loan of $425 helped to invest in buying clothes and uniforms so that she can improve her sales. To increase her tortilla production.

Gioconda's story

Gioconda is a mother who is very committed to her work so that she can support her family. Her current business is selling tortillas and clothes. She started out with a little money and a small grocery store. However, she couldn't manage to balance her business and therefore changed it. Now she sells tortillas and clothes.

It has not been easy for Gioconda since her goal has been to make money as she has a large family.

Gioconda has had two loans with the institution and she has been responsible in making her repayments. She will use this new loan to buy a variety of new clothes as well as school uniforms since the back-to-school season is approaching and she will take advantage of this to make sales. She will also produce more tortillas.
