Mario lives in the municipality of El Torno. He was born in Potosí department, Bolivia’s mining capital. He is a potato merchant and during certain seasons he sells farm animals like pigs, cows, chickens and others which generate income to support his family. He’s separated and has two children in his care.
He will use the loan to buy potatoes which is his main activity. He has his sales stand in El Torno’s Central Market. He is a longstanding client. He feels grateful for the support and trust the institution has placed in him.
