A loan of $725 helped to purchase products to expand the grocery store in her house.

María Isolina's story

María Isolina is 26 years old, single, and lives with her parents in the settlement of Caracucho, which belongs to the district of Mórrope. It is an agricultural zone with steady commercial activity located more than an hour from the city of Chiclayo.

She has a grocery store set up in her house and there, she sells different daily household items to her neighbors such as groceries, basic items, drinks, etc. The business is of great help for her family’s finances, as well as for her neighbors since the area where they live is very far from the central town. María works hard to provide good service and thanks to that, her customer base is currently permanent.

María wants to expand her business with the purchase of more products so that her business can meet the current demand. For this reason, she is requesting a loan of 2,000 Peruvian Nuevos Soles (PEN) from Edpyme Alternativa.
