Maria Cristina's story

Maria Cristina is a member of the “QORICHUSPA” community bank which is located in Huanchac district, in Cusco province and department.

Maria Cristina is 49 years old. She is married and has 3 children. Her business is running her own restaurant. Maria Cristina has a restaurant where she makes different set meals and a la carte meals. She adapted a small space in her premises where she displays decorations, decorated vases, flowers and handicrafts for weddings, 15th birthday celebrations and also for baptisms and other events. This space is used to promote the sale and rental of decorations and supplies for parties and other events. She requires this loan to buy decorations for the new famous 'crazy hour' which takes place in all parties, from children's parties to wedding parties. This hour sees an elaborate dance, with costumes included, where all the guests dance for an hour without stopping. She is requesting this loan to buy new decorations and products for livening up 'crazy hour' in all these events.

Maria Cristina is happy to be receiving a loan and pledges to make her repayments on time.
