A loan of $650 helped to expand his business with the purchase of fresh fruit and materials.

Cesar Augusto's story

Cesar Augusto is 29 years old, single, and lives with his family in the Olmos district, an agricultural zone with steady commercial activity. It is located in the province of Lambayeque, almost two hours from the city of Chiclayo.

He works making and selling refreshments and soft drinks at a stand located on one of the central streets of his district. He prepares his refreshments at home and sells them daily to the people passing by the area. The area climate is semi-tropical so it is hot for the majority of the year, the hottest months being during the summer (the first three or four months of each year). Due to this climate, his business always has a stable clientele.

He uses the income he earns from this business to help his family with their daily needs. Cesar wants to expand his business with the purchase of fresh fruit and materials so that he can increase his production and sales. For this reason, he is requesting a loan of 1,800 Peruvian Nuevos Soles (PEN) from Edpyme Alternativa with which he plans to achieve his goal.
