Judith, 53 years old, is from the town of Banga. She is married and has three children, ages 21, 19 and 16. Her children go to school and she dreams for them to have bright futures. To make a living, Judith plants and harvests corn and rice for sale.
Judith joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living conditions and enable her to engage in business activities. Judith has successfully repaid a previous loan from CEVI. She is requesting a new loan of 8,000 Philippine pesos (PHP) which will be used to buy seeds, fertilizers and other farm inputs. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to pay for her children's tuition fees.
