A loan of $725 helped to maintain his corn crop.

Orlandine's story

Orlandine is a 59 year-old father who lives with his wife in Sequiones sector, in Túcume district. This is an agricultural area inhabited by humble and hard-working people. It is in Lambayeque province, one hour from the city of Chiclayo.

Orlandine has been working in farming since he was very young. He currently has a two hectare plot of land where he grows crops such as grains and cereals. He depends on the income he makes in this business to help get his family ahead financially. Orlandine is currently sowing his corn crop and is hard at work so that he can manage a good harvest. He would like to maintain his crops so that they grow well and so that he is able to support his family. For this reason, he is requesting a loan for 2,000 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa to help him achieve his goal.
