A loan of $500 helped to buy putty and paint. To fix his welding machine.

Manuel Donaldo's story

Manuel lives in Toro Toro neighborhood, in Plan 3000 district. He has been a panel beater for 10 years. He currently has his own workshop four blocks from his home. He does work on vehicles such as cars and trucks. His wife works part time as a receptionist which helps him with their family's expenses. His mother-in-law looks after his children while they are both at work.

During the week, Manuel works on one or two vehicles, depending on the job. He is requesting a loan so that he can urgently fix one of his machines that is in bad condition. He would also like to buy the materials he needs to finish work on two vehicles that he currently has in his workshop.

Manuel would like to expand his workshop and be able to hire workers so that he can do his work more quickly. He would also like to be able to buy his own home because he currently lives in his mother-in-law's house.
