A loan of $725 helped to buy iron and electrodes.

Crispina's story

Crispina, age 56, lives with her daughter in her own house. She has been selling metal furniture (beds, bunk beds, and shelves) for over 30 years. She and her husband started this work, and now it is her main source of income. It allows her to have weekly earnings.

During the days of the week she makes the furniture. She later sells it only on Sundays at the commercial fair in her area. Because her furniture is of good quality and has a good finish, she has a big advantage over the competitors. That is how she is assured of a good sale. That is why she is always up to date with a variety of innovations and new designs. She states that she likes this activity because she has a lot of experience in this field. In the future she wishes to improve her shop.

This is her fourth loan with MFP. She is very happy to know that she has financial support. She also likes being a member of her communal bank because all of the members are people she knows; they are responsible and very supportive.

She thanks those people who will be lenders of the loan she is requesting. The loan will be very useful to the progress of her business activity. She will use the loan she is requesting to buy materials like iron and electrodes to make furniture.
