Luchando Todas Juntas Group's story

Over the years, this group has lived through many experiences which has pushed them as a group to continue working supportively together.

Whilst there are always difficulties, the women find ways to get ahead and to continue obtaining loans from Fundación Paraguaya.

The ladies work selling various merchandise to fill their customers' orders. Some sell meat, oil, flour, etc.., others sell clothes, run a grocery store or sell meals.

The head of this group, Elva Benítez, is married to Silvio Fernández. They live with 6 people in their home and 2 of them work (her and her husband).

Elva sells merchandise such as meat and other essential food products according to what her customers ask for. She says that her strategy for selling more is to place only a small profit margin on the price she charges for her products. She also provides excellent customer service.

Elva is requesting her loan to buy meat.
