Yeth's story

Yeth S., 29, is a farmer, earning an income of USD 2.50 per day. S. is married and resides with her husband and three children in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia, an area known for its rubber plantations. Her husband is a fisherman, earning an income of USD 2 per day. The family has to spend USD 41 on food, USD 2 on electricity, and USD 3 on other necessary expenses every month.

S. is requesting a loan of USD 500 to purchase fertilizer to improve her farming business. In the future, she would like to use any additional profit to repair her house. This is her first loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner in Cambodia.
