Soun S. is 30 years old. She lives with her husband and two young children in Kompong Chhnang province. She works at home doing housework and cooking for her family. Her husband is the head of the family, earning US$7 every day to support the family. He has been a carpenter since 2009. He makes tables, chairs and beds, and sells them at the local market. Every month, this family spends about US$50 on food, US$10 on utility and US$30 on public transportation. Soun S. is asking for a loan of US$1000 to purchase a motorbike for her husband.
