A loan of $725 helped to acquire more merchandise so that she can expand her sales and profits.

Karin Soledad's story

Karín is 32 years old and married. She lives with her husband and two children in Guadalupe district, a commercial area in Pacasmayo province, in La Libertad region, more than one hour from the city of Chiclayo, the capital of Lambayeque region.

Karín has been selling essentials, groceries and candy in a grocery store located in her home for one year. She offers her neighbors and the general public all kinds of convenience store items, providing them with good customer service, which is why her store is always so popular. She uses the profits she makes from this activity to help her husband, who is a taxi driver, get their family ahead.

Karín would like to acquire more merchandise so that she can expand her sales and profits. For this reason, she is requesting a loan for 2,000 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa which will help her to achieve her goal.
