A loan of $1,000 helped to buy wood and materials.

Pablo Antonio's story

Pablo is 40 years old and is a very hard-working man. Six years ago, with effort and dedication, he began working with a little bit of capital as a furniture-maker. Little by little he increased the sales of the furniture that he makes.

Pablo lives in a peri-urban region called Perimetral. He has worked as and is known as a carpenter since he works from 8am until 8pm. In order to earn more income, he also has a small shop in the window of his home where he works with the help of his wife, since they have three small children, aged 13, 10, and 2 years old. The children study in a public school.

In order to continue with his business, he wants to buy wood and materials with the loan in order to have a higher level of production of furniture. One of his objectives is to establish a carpenter's workshop in the center of the city and to have greater demand for his furniture.
