Via Ferrea Group's story

The women of this communal bank are from the Vía Férrea neighborhood in the city of Pirayu, which is 20 km from the Caacupé regional office.

Feliciana F. is president of the communal bank. She is a seamstress and a very self-sacrificing woman. She lives with her husband, who works in construction. She has three children, and they go to school. This year she is finishing her sixth cycle.

She makes thick winter pants, sweatshirts, shirts, and all types of clothes by order. She delivers them herself.

Feliciana is very happy with the important support from the Fundación Paraguaya and Kiva. The support is important in order for her to keep growing commercially and personally.

She is requesting the loan to buy different types of fabrics and other accessories that she uses to make clothes.
