A loan of $375 helped to add to a sum of money she already has in order to acquire a new cow.

Yane's story

Yane is 26 years old. She is single and lives with her family in the village of Santa Clara, in Pítipo district, an agricultural area in Ferreñafe province, one hour from the city of Chiclayo.

Yane has been working in livestock farming for five years. She raises cows in some pens that she has near her home. She feeds her cows natural fodder and she sells their milk to a trader in the area. This activity allows her to cover her personal expenses and to support her family financially.

Yane needs to add to a sum of money she already has in order to buy a new cow so that in the future she can make more money for her sales. To achieve her goal, she is requesting a loan for 1,000 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa.
