Anderson's story

Anderson Z. is from the village of San Roque. He is 45 years old. Anderson is married and has 4 school-aged children. To make a living, Anderson owns & operates a business venture in the agriculture sector raising crops. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes primarily from planting and harvesting rice for sale. Anderson has been engaged in his business for over 20 years and earns approximately 8000 PHP a month from these activities.

In 2008, Anderson joined ASKI to gain access to financial services to help improve his living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Anderson has successfully repaid a previous loan of 20,000 PHP from ASKI. This previous loan was used to purchase fertilizers such as manure. Anderson is requesting a new loan of 25000 PHP, which will be used to purchase fertilizers such as manure. This loan will be the 6th loan taken out by Anderson from ASKI. He plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve/expand his business.
