Mrs. Chey K., 35, is married and lives with her husband and two little kids in Kampong Cham province, Cambodia. To support the household, she and her husband work raising poultry and also work as brokers buying yams from growers and selling them for a profit. This activity enables them to generate collectively about $2/day of profit. This couple hopes to use this loan to purchase more yams and to invest in their business.
