Mrs. Khat Sophi Village Bank Group's story

Mrs. Khat S. is a farmer who owns a 1-hectare plot of land to grow rice to sell to support her family. She also breeds some chickens. Her husband, Mr. Vong Um, is a construction worker. Although they try to work hard, they only earn a small income. So to improve her family living, Mrs. Khat S. is seeking a loan to buy some piglets for breeding to start a new business. With the rest of the loan, she is going to buy more chickens.

Mrs. Khat S. is a mother of five children, two of whom are employed in garment factories, one is a construction worker, and the others are studying in public school.
