Masudakhan's Group's story

Masudakhan B., 47, is the leader of this group. She has raised cattle since childhood. Being very experienced, she has already acquired 27 sheep and 24 goats. She is a mother of two sons, 27 and 19. She is a proud veteran of cattle breeding for 20 years. For her business start-up, she spent 8,000 KGS. She has applied for this loan to improve the living conditions of her cattle and to buy fodder. Masudakhan thanks all lenders for making attempts to change her life.

Kyrgyzstan's principal exports, which go overwhelmingly to other CIS countries, are non-ferrous metals and minerals, woolen goods and other agricultural products, electric energy, and certain engineering goods. In turn, the Republic relies on other former Soviet states for petroleum and natural gas, ferrous metals, chemicals, most machinery, wood and paper products, some foods, and most construction materials.
