Luz Del Amanecer Group's story

Solidarity Group "Luz del Amanecer" [Dawn Light]

Berta Carina C. P. is 21 years of age, single, and is taking a course in English on the weekends. She earns a living selling baked goods in various places as a street vendor. Wherever there is a street market that's where she goes to sell her product and sometimes she delivers wholesale when she gets orders. Her loan is needed to buy grains to make sweets because she needs to branch out into more areas.

Griselda Marisol G. S. is 23 years of age, married and has a one-year-old child. She earns a living renting chairs, tables, tablecloths, etc. Her loan is needed to be able to purchase more chairs, small ones because when people rent the chairs they ask for small ones and she has only a few small chairs. She says that in order to get more customers she would have to have what's needed.

Angela P. C. is 54 years of age and has seven children. Of the seven, three are already married; only four of them still live with her and they help her get her product out for sale. She earns a living selling baked goods, traditional candies and french fries. She needs her loan to purchase grains for making sweets and to branch out into more areas in order to improve her sales and have more product to offer, in order to make better earnings.
