Jane's story

Jane has been doing mixed farming in her hometown of Nyamira for eight years. She has seven children with only one left in school. She produces tea, vegetables and milk. Her tea is mostly sold to the Kenya Tea Development Authority and the rest at the local market.

She has requested this loan of 45,000 KES from Juhudi Kilimo, her second loan after the first of 40,000 KES. She intends to improve her family's living standards and pay school fees for the child in school.She plans to expand her land through purchasing more.

Her challenge remains unreliable farmhands. She acknowledges Juhudi's loan services.
