A loan of $375 helped to expand her business by purchasing more products.

Esy's story

Esy is a 30 year-old mother who lives with her husband and children in a marginal urban area of the city of Lambayeque, a city which is located 20 minutes from Chiclayo and has quite a lot of commercial activity.

Esy sells cosmetics through a catalog. Her customers, who are her neighbors and acquaintances, place orders with her. She is always on the look out for new customers since the more orders she places, the more profits she makes from the company who supply the products. The income which she makes from this activity are used to help her husband with the family's finances.

Esy would like to expand her business by purchasing more products so that she can have a stable inventory which will allow her to satisfy her customers' demands when they want their products without having to wait until the end of the month which is when her orders arrive. For this reason, she is requesting a loan for 1,000 nuevos soles from Edpyme Alternativa.

Esy is a quiet and responsible woman. Her greatest wish is to continue growing as a businesswoman so that she can provide her family with a better quality of life.
