The 'Rosas de Villa Ingenio' community bank is beginning its third loan cycle with Pro Mujer as part of the Germán Busch regional office. This is a group that has worked together without any difficulties. Their instalments are paid in the district where they live at 7 o'clock in the morning. The group has eight members. Their businesses are varied: neighborhood store, selling fruit and potatoes, making handicrafts, making furniture (carpentry), selling 'tostados' (popcorn), a new business selling sweets and candies, knitting and making handicrafts.

Ceferina is the community bank's president. She is a young woman of 22. She has 2 children and her business is making tables. She works with her husband. Her husband taught her how to assemble tables. Usually they share their work making tables. They work from customers' orders. The loan which Ceferina has requested for 4,000 bolivianos will be used to buy wood from the builders yards' in Germán Busch district.
