A loan of $200 helped to buy sacks of fertilizer.

Vidal's story

Vidal is 47 years old. He lives with his wife and 7 children in his own home. He has been raising and selling animals for 20 years. He also grows potatoes, beans and cereals. He carries out this business activity together with his wife and children who, in their free time, are prepared to take the animals out to graze or take their food out into their stable. Then, after several months, when the bulls are fattened, he offers them for sale for a very high price. He also does this with the other animals such as sheep and pigs.

Over all these years, these farming and livestock activities have enabled him to support his family. For this reason, he would like to increase the quantity of animals which he has.

This is Vidal's first loan from MFP. He is very happy to know that he has financial support. He is also grateful to all those people who will fund his loan since it will be very useful for him in making progress in his business. He will invest his loan in buying sacks of fertilizer to use when he sows his next crop of potatoes and beans.
