Buajar's Group's story

Buajar J. is a resident of Uzgen, an ancient and beautiful town in the south of Kyrgyzstan. Buajar is the leader of this loan group. She is 47 and married. She and her husband are bringing up four children: three sons and a daughter. The two older sons study at university and the other children are at home.

Buajar and her husband are farmers. They grow wheat to make a living. They have been doing it for 20 years. In this way they make 1500 KGS per month.

With money received from the loan, Buajar wants to purchase fertilizers and some seeds for farming. In the future, she plans to celebrate her son’s wedding.
