A loan of $1,150 helped inventory.

Victoria's story

Victoria is 37 years old and is a hard working mother who lives in her own home, along with her husband and four children. After many years of working as a natural gas sales assistant, she learned all of the ins and outs of the business, so when the business owner proposed transferring it to her, she had no doubt about it.

For the past year, she’s been selling natural gas from a location alongside her home, so she is able to offer opportune service to her customers. She also has a helper, who uses his motorcycle to deliver cylinders to the homes of customers who have phoned in their orders.

She is happy about her business because it’s going well for her. What she enjoys most is that she is able to make many friends who prefer to use her services, despite the fierce competition in the market. She eventually wants to expand her business so that she can better her children’s quality of life.

This will be her 11th loan through MFP and she is committed to continue making her payments on time. Because of her punctuality, she is much respected within her communal bank. She will use the money from this loan to buy more compressed gas cylinders – she usually works with loans – in order to supply her customers.
