A loan of $725 helped to stock up on cosmetics.

Gloria's story

Gloria is 66 years old, and she has four grown children. She lives in her own house with her husband. She has been selling tamales in the doorway to her house for 20 years. She has become very well-known in her neighborhood because of her business. That is why she undertook selling cosmetics to her customers. It has gone very well for her, and she does not have payment problems.

What she likes most about her business is talking a lot with her customers. She casually takes advantage of talking with them to advise them about the particulars of her products. That is how her business turned out to be profitable. She has been doing this for two years. She hopes to buy a display case to be able to display her products.

This is her second loan with MFP. She pledges to make each of her payments punctually. She gets along well with all of the group members because they are so supportive. She will use the requested loan to buy more beauty products, to diversify, and to increase the quantity of products that she has.
