Poovi's story

She is 35 years old, married and the mother of one child. She was born in Gbidji and now lives in the neighborhood of Adidogomé in Lomé. She is a tailor by profession, but also sells cloth and "pagnes" (colorful African wax cloth) in order to contribute to her household expenses. Her business earns so much that she has already repaid several loans. She has been in this business for almost 5 years. She purchases her supplies in the big market in Lomé and resells the goods at the crossroads of Lapampam. She is helped by one employee. She is requesting this loan to buy 40 pieces of fabric and 50 pieces of "pagnes".
