María Sandra's story

María Sandra V. Q., 44, lives in San Martín, which is located in San Salvador department, with her five minor children who are completely dependent upon María.

She is a very hard working woman who has struggled to provide for her children’s basic needs. For several years now she has been making tortillas and tending to her grocery store. Her business is quite profitable and she generates good profits.

María is asking for funds to buy larger amounts of masa (corn dough for tortillas) as well as to buy several canisters of propane gas to have in reserve. This will allow her to save a bit of money as well as invest in her store.

This fills María with hope because through the requested loan to Integral she hopes to improve profits.
