Phou P., 28, is a motorbike dealer in Takeo province. He purchases and sells used motorbikes and is able to make about US$ 5 in profit every day. His wife is employed in a garment factory and makes US$ 3 per day. This couple has one young child who just started attending school. Phou P. would like to take out a loan of US$1000 to purchase a motorbike for resale.
