Renacer Group's story

The 'Renacer' women's committee was created on the 16th of September 2008. It was set up by Mrs Carolina V. who had already participated in another group in the program.

Carolina is the current group president and her business is selling costume jewelry which she makes herself. She makes the jewelry according to the orders which she receives from her customers. As well as making earrings, chokers and bracelets, she is currently beginning to make embroidered slippers as well which are proving very popular with her customers. Her products are very much admired by her customers and maker her good profits. For this reason, she would like to continue in this business.

She is requesting this loan to buy all the accessories which she needs to make her new goods. She comments that she is very happy with the group and that she would like to continue as everybody is working with great care on their 7th loan cycle. Currently the group has 19 female members who work together and with mutual support within the program.

All the group's members carry out business activities to make funds and they help each other out to achieve their common aims which they all have within the group and with Fundación Paraguaya. They participate actively in the weekly meetings and work supportively in an impeccable manner.
