A loan of $725 helped to buy articles of clothing and merchandise.

Vilma's story

Vilma is 46 years old. She lives in her own home with her husband and one of her two children. She has been selling men’s and women’s casual clothing for the past year and she also sells all kinds of seasonal footwear. She enjoys sales because she knows she has a strong power of persuasion that convinces customers to buy her merchandise. Her business is very satisfying because she makes very good income that enables her to help her husband with the household expenses.

Alongside her business, she also cares for elderly people, an almost full-time job which pays her very well. She is a very hard-working woman who had to begin working at a very young age to help her family. In the future, she plans to open a clothing and footwear store in a shopping center.

This is her second loan with MFP and she is very happy to know that she has financial support. In addition, she is grateful to be a part of her communal bank because all of the members are responsible and supportive. She is also grateful to all those who will be managing the loan she is requesting as the funds will be very useful in advancing her business. She will use the loan to buy more articles of clothing and merchandise for her business.
