A loan of $725 helped to buy balanced animal feed to make improvements in his business raising and selling animals.

Aesenio's story

Arsenio is a family man who lives together with his wife and four children in the Nazareno Cautivo sector of Monsefú district. This is an area in the north of Peru which is quite well known for its tourist and religious festivities, as well as for the the handicrafts which are made in the area from clay, wood, rushes and reeds. It is more than twenty minutes from the city of Chiclayo.

For eleven years, Arsenio has been in business raising and selling young animals from his home. He raises young animals such as sheep and poultry in areas close to his house. When they have reached an optimum level of development they are offered for sale to the tradesmen who usually visit the area and also to the general public. His business has become an important source of help in financially supporting his family.

Arsenio would like to acquire balanced animal feed so that his animals develop in the best way possible and sell for the best price. He would also like to carry out some improvements in his pens. For this reason, he is requesting a loan for 2,000 nuevos soles from Edpyme Alternativa.

Arsenio is a quiet and responsible person. People who know him consider him to be honest and trustworthy.
