A loan of $725 helped to stock up with more cosmetics.

Lia's story

Lía is 22 years old. She is a very humble and happy young woman. She live in her parents' house and what she would like more than anything is to create a good future for herself. For this, she is prepared to work very hard. Lía carries out her work selling cosmetics round the streets of the city of San Francisco. She is a very convincing saleswoman which means that her products sell very quickly and she constantly has to replace them. She feels that her work is very profitable and, thanks to this, she can help her family with their household expenses. What she most likes about her work is advising her customers about which products will best work with their skin. She has been doing this work for 2 years and she considers that the most difficult about it is having to walk all day looking for customers. Over time, she would like to have a store where she can sell her beauty products more comfortably.

This is her second loan from MFP and she is very happy to get it. She says that she will invest it all in her business since she would like to improve her work and her quality of life. She is a very cheerful member of her community bank. With the 2,000 nuevos soles she is requesting, she will buy more beauty products so that she can offer her customers a better range of products to choose from.
