Zoila pertenece a la Ventanilla Guantucoto ubicada a media hora de Guaranda perteneciente, es un grupo que se dedica a la agricultura y a la ganadería especialmente a la siembra de maíz y papas en la zona de la sierra y en la zona de la costa al arroz, esta ventanilla tiene 25 miembros.
