A loan of $700 helped working capital.

Maria Erlinda's story

Maria Erlinda is 51 years old. She is a widow who has 4 children, only one of whom is in her care. Her business is selling groceries. She has been in this business for more than 4 years. Her business is located in her home. She started out with very little capital but a great desire to succeed. She had to pay her household bills and also pay for her children's studies and food. Little by little she increased her inventory with the small profits which her business made. Her customers frequented her business because her customer service is very good and she serves her customers with a smile. The loan which she is requesting is to increase her working capital and buy goods such as rice, sugar, beans, oil, etc. Her greatest dream is to continue increasing her business.
