Bol's Group's story

Fourteen people are part of this village bank loan in Damrei Chhlang village in Kandal province. Mrs. Bol C. is a 39-year-old married woman and the group's president having been selected by its members. C. is a pig breeder while her husband, Mr. Mark Moeun, who is 39, works as a fisherman and also helps with his wife’s business. They still earn less income than is needed to support the family so C. would like to ask for a loan to buy more piglets to raise and pig food. The couple has four children: one is a seamstress in a garment factory and two are laborers, while the fourth is a student in the local school.
