Raymond's story

Raymond is 38 years old and married to Carren Achieng. They have three children: Jerald, 13 years old and in Standard 7; Eunice, eight years old and in Standard three, and Ted who is one year old. They live in Daraja Mbili in Kisumu.

Raymond has an agrovet business that he has been running for the past six years. He is applying for his first loan from KADET LTD as he wants to buy some animal and poultry feed to add to his stock. His monthly income is Kshs 15,000 and he intends to use the profits to pay school fees for his children.

His desire is to rear poultry and dairy cows so that he can be purchasing feed from his own business. He also hopes to have a big agrovet business in his area as well as to expand to other areas, especially rural areas where agriculture is highly practiced.
